VenteZone LLC is a globally operating e-commerce business legally registered and based in the United States.  All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our partner warehouses located within the United States for fast delivery.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. For your protection, please ship returns using an insured carrier.

 

Restocking Fees & Conditions

  • We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

  • Returns missing original packaging may incur a 10% restocking fee.

  • We gladly offer exchanges, restocking fees are waived for all exchanges.

Refund Processing Time

Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it can take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Because your order ships from our partners, return addresses may differ based on the product. Simply contact us at sales@glow-paradise.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll email you a prepaid return label (if eligible) or provide the correct return address.
